U Store It - Ballymount

On this project we replaced a large unit of glass 4 stories from the ground. This was achieved using a 20m cherry picker with a crane mount and mechanical suckers. This work was carried out after 5pm, as the site is a hive of activity before then and we didn't want to close the access road while it was busy.

Residential House

Here you can see a property that had the windows smashed through. Firstly, we measured the glass then we boarded up the property for security, then in the final picture you can see new glass fitted to the bottom of the property.

Intercontinental Hotel

In this room we replaced a heritage style unit of glass in a Velfac window this was carried out at 11am when the room was being cleaned due to the hotel being fully booked.

Velux Glass Replacement

On this site in swords for the Iveagh trust we replaced glass in 4 Velux windows on the same day with the same issue this job had to be done from outside as the tunnel in the ceiling was too narrow for a ladder.

Lego Store - Blanchardstown Shopping Centre

We were tasked here to remove scratches that were caused during the fitout of the Lego Store. This work had to completed at night.

Limerick Primary Care Centre

This glass broke during the working day. We dispatched a van Straight away to fit a film to protect the glass and measure the unit. We then arranged for the glass to be replaced out of hours using a cherry picker and Mini Crane.

A tv Provider was here fitting a unit when they drilled through the glass. We were then called in to pit a safety film up and get the glass replaced. As can be seen here the glass was replaced using a cherry picker in line with our completed risk assessment and method statement submitted to allow the works to be carried out safely.

At this property we had to replace a unit of glass in a heritage sliding sash window this was stripped out and replacement glass fitted using putty as it is in a conservation area.

High Rise Replacement glass

On this project we had to replace glass in the penthouse unfortunately this was 8 stories up and had to be fitted from outside to complete this project safely. We used a 51 meter cherry picker with a crane mounted to the basket to replace the glass. Due to the size of the truck it could only be parked on fire access routes as they have a heavier weight limit.

Holiday Inn Dublin City Centre

We were called here to replace 3 units that had broken and the glass had fallen to the street. We arranged all risk assessments, method statements and road control permits for cherry pickers. Again we used a 51 meter cherry picker with a crane mount in the basket to carry out the works.

Apartments in Finglas

In this apartment block we got an emergency callout from the facility management company to board up glass in a fire door and get a replacement unit of glass fitted ASAP. from the time we took the call to the job being fully complete with new glass fitted was 24 hours.
